McGregor: “The fight with Holloway should be declared ‘no contest’”
The Irish fighter posted on his social media defending that the result should be annulled and the amount of the bets refunded.

Conor McGregor broke his silence on social media after his aborted return to the UFC — a comeback that lasted less than a minute before a leg injury forced him to withdraw against Max Holloway. The bout was officially ruled a win for Holloway, a decision McGregor strongly disputes.
McGregor says medical results arrive Thursday
In a late‑night post, McGregor updated fans on the condition of his leg and revealed that he’ll receive full test results this Thursday. He also argued that the fight should not count as a loss.
He wrote: “A few notes. One: I’ll have the results of the scan on my leg tomorrow. Two: the fight should be a No Contest and all bets returned.”
Right now, McGregor’s record shows a defeat — a frustrating outcome for a fighter who waited five years to step back into the Octagon, only to have his return derailed almost instantly.
