Ten of the golfing world’s most prominent YouTube content creators are set to face off at TPC Sawgrass today, Wednesday March 12, in the second edition of the PGA Tour’s Creator Classic tournament.
What’s the Creator Classic format?
Held the day before the Players Championship gets underway in Ponte Vedra Beach, the Creator Classic will feature eight holes of stroke play, culminating on the Florida course’s famous island-green 17th hole.
The top three players will then progress to a single-hole sudden-death playoff, which will also take place on the 17th hole.

Creator Classic 2025: how to watch online
You can watch the Creator Classic on the PGA Tour’s YouTube Channel, the Golf Channel and ESPN+. The Golf Channel can be streamed live on the online platform fubo, which offers new users a free introductory trial.
Who’s the Creator Classic favorite?
George Bryan, who is among the golf influencers who also featured in last year’s inaugural Creator Classic, sits at the top of PGATour.com’s pre-tournament power rankings. He is rated at +400 to succeed Luke Kwon as the event’s champion, ahead of Steele on +500.
The 2025 Creator Classic will be one of three tournaments held this season as part of the PGA Tour’s new creator series.
“The PGA Tour is intently focused on delivering unique, premium content and experiences like this to our diverse and growing fanbase, all while amplifying the voices of our participating creators,” says the body’s senior vice-president for media, Chris Wandell.
