Manny Pacquiao’s professional career record: wins, losses, knockouts, titles...
The former Philippine senator is the only champion in eight different divisions, having achieved this feat across four different decades.

Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2) will return to the ring for the first time since 2021, stepping back under the bright lights in pursuit of a title that slipped through his grasp during his prime. The Filipino boxing icon will face off against Mario “El Azteca” Barrios (29-2-1) for the World Boxing Council (WBC) welterweight title this Saturday, July 19, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The Pacquiao story
Pacquiao – long a force in the 147-pound division – never held the WBC welterweight crown. He did claim the WBO version of the belt in 2014, but his bid for the WBC title ended in defeat when Floyd Mayweather Jr. bested him in their 2015 megafight. Pacquiao rebounded in 2019 by taking the WBA welterweight title from Keith Thurman.
The former Philippine senator remains the only fighter to have won world championships in eight different weight classes, a feat he accomplished across four decades. Since his 1995 debut, Pacquiao carved out a storied career, earning a spot among boxing’s all-time greats. His last professional bout came in August 2021, when he lost a unanimous decision to Yordenis Ugás, who took his WBA “Super” welterweight title.
Pacquiao was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in June 2025, a recognition that highlights a career defined by an eagerness to face the toughest competition of his era. His opponents have included titans like Floyd Mayweather Jr., Juan Manuel Márquez, Érik “El Terrible” Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera and Oscar De La Hoya.

Now, Pacquiao is on a new mission – to become the oldest world champion in boxing history. To do that, he’ll have to get past Barrios, the man who defeated Ugás in 2023 to win the WBC interim welterweight belt. It’s a tough ask for the veteran, but his career stats show he’s never been one to back down.
