And for the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills, that means a heavy LIV Golf presence: 13 players from the Saudi‑funded league have earned spots in the 156‑man field, four of whom have previously lifted the trophy.

Peter Uihlein — Best U.S. Open finish: T48 (2018).
