UFC 307 fight order: Date, times, fighters, main card and prelims
UFC returns to Salt Lake City to celebrate a stellar event with one of the sports’ biggest stars: Alex Pereira.
Salt Lake City will become the home of world MMA this Saturday to host UFC 307, the first of the company’s numbered events this October.
The fight card will be jointly headlined by the two main events: Pereira vs Rountree Jr and Pennington vs Peña - two of the most explosive fights in both categories.
Poatan’s third title defense this year
Despite the cancellation of the fight between Aljamain Sterling and Movsar Evloev, the event continues to be one of the biggest draws of the year - thanks in large part to the return of Poatan to the cage. The Brazilian has the opportunity to become the best fighter of the year, adding another victory in his third title defense of 2024 and the fourth fight during the last 11 months.
In addition to the presence of Alex Pereira, the event will feature names such as José Aldo, Kayla Harrison and Kevin Holland. This will all be the prelude to UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi later this month - a star-studded lineup headlined by Ilia Topuria that is sure to rival UFC 300, one of the most epic events in the tournament’s history.
UFC 307 takes place at the Delta Center, Salt Lake City on Sunday 6 October 2024, starting at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT.
The top billing bout between Alex Pereira and Khalil Rountree Jr is scheduled for around 10:30 p.m. local time in Salt Lake time (6:30 a.m. in Central Europe). The start time will depend on the results/duration of the previous fights.
The full event will be broadcast by ESPN+ on PPV in the United States and worldwide on UFC Fight Pass.
