125 million Americans can watch Christian Pulisic’s AC Milan for free this weekend

More 100 million sports fans in the United States will be able to watch live as Christian Pulisic’s AC Milan begin their Serie A campaign on Saturday.

For the first time ever the Italian top flight will be broadcast on network television in the United States, a move that organisers hope will help to bring the game to new audiences. AC Milan’s 2024/25 opener against Parma will be shown live on CBS and Paramount+, with approximately 125 million people able to watch along for free.

Pulisic enjoyed an impressive first season in Milan last year, recording a career-best 12 goals for the Italian giants. After a disappointing summer at Copa América, Pulisic and USMNT teammate Yunus Musah will be looking to bounce back for their club team.

How to watch Parma - AC Milan on CBS

This weekend’s fixture will be broadcast live on CBS’ main cable channel. Those will the necessary cable access will be able to view the game on CBS and Paramount+.

Kick-off at the Ennio Tardini is set for 12:30pm ET / 9:30am PT. The coverage will begin with an hour-long pre-game show on Paramount+ at 11:30am ET / 8:30am ET. For those without a subscription, the build-up on CBS will begin 30 minutes ahead of kick-off.

AC Milan are looking to improve on their second-placed finish in 2023/24, when they lost the title to city rivals Inter Milan. Over the off-season the Rossoneri have strengthened with the arrival of highly-rated midfielder Youssef Fofana from Monaco. Álvaro Morata was also signed from Atletico Madrid, fresh from his triumph with Spain at the European Championship.
