A loan deal, possible solution for Barça and De Jong

If the Dutchman does not accept a salary cut or a transfer, then a loan deal the central player could be the solution for club and player.

With little development between FC Barcelona and Frenkie De Jong, with the Dutch international refusing to accept a salary cut of four million euros net that the club has requested; nor does the midfielder want to be transferred to Manchester United given that the Old Trafford side are not involved in the Champions League next season, both parties are exploring new avenues that may suit all involved.

A loan deal to another big European club would suit the Catalan club as the player would be off the wage bill and options such as Bayern Munich or Juventus could be possible destinations.
