Atlas, Pachuca and other Liga MX sides pay tribute to Mexican culture via 2023 third jerseys
Atlas, Queretaro, Club Leon, Pachuca, Xolos and Santos Laguna unveiled special Jacobo and María Angeles designed 2023 Clausura shirts.
Six Liga MX sides unveiled their 2023 Clausura third jerseys with the shirts (produced by Mexican sportswear specialists Charly) paying tribute to Mexican culture via the collaboration with the famous Oaxaca based creative workshop Jacobo and María Angeles.
Atlas presented the shirt with a bold statement claiming: “The new Atlas FC jersey reflects the character and strength of the team, highlighting unique details that represent success and history. We created a piece of art that combines the spirit of “La Furia” and the mysticism of the “Nahuales”.
The six jerseys represent the Charly collaboration with Oaxaca based design studio Jacobo and María Ángeles ‘Arte y Futbol’ with each club having a bespoke design based on its own unique heritage. Charly are no strangers in developing eye catching soccer shirts with their Dia de Muertos, Lucha Libre (Mexican wrestling) and Breast Cancer Awareness designs generating global notoriety for their bold and innovative designs.
