Just four games remain in the 2024-25 LaLiga season and with a four point lead over second placed side Real Madrid, it’s FC Barcelona who are in the driving seat going into Sunday’s final El Clasico of the campaign.

This will be the fourth meeting between Barça and Madrid in competitive games this season with the Catalan side running out with a 0-4 win in LaLiga at the Bernabeu in October, 2024 and Hansi Flick’s men also handed out a 5-2 drubbing of ‘Los Blancos’ in the Spanish Super Cup final last January.

The ‘azulgrana’ inflicted more pain on Madrid fans last month with a Copa del Rey win in Seville with Jules Kounde bagging the winner in extra time as part of a 3-2 win for Barça.

Madrid need to win, Barcelona will be happy with a draw, victory and simply need to avoid defeat and move on from their heartbreaking Champions League semi-final exit at the hands if Inter.
