The Concacaf Nations League is back and we have a tasty selection of quarter-final ties coming up. The USMNT have already dropped their squad with some surprise inclusions from Gregg Berhalter. The Nations League final venue has also been announced, with the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, selected as the place for the showpiece event when the tournament comes to a conclusion, with a place at the US-held Copa América 2024 on offer for the semi-finalists, plus two losing quarter-finalists.

We have eight teams left and stellar group stages from each of them have caused questions to be asked about who will actually qualify, with each game providing a unique story and a potential chance of upsets from plenty of the underdogs. The games will be played over two legs with the first of them taking place this week while the return fixtures will be played in mid-November.

Concacaf Nations League quarter-finals:

USMNT - Trinidad & Tobago
México - Honduras
Costa Rica - Panama
Canada - Jamaica

USMNT vs Trinidad & Tobago

Gregg Berhalter’s side are entering into a hugely intriguing period in their history, with the squad looking better than ever before ahead of the Copa América 2024 and World Cup 2026 both on the horizon. Before that, however, they have to play Trinidad & Tobago in the Concacaf Nations League final 8.

The first game between USMNT and Trinidad and Tobago will be played on Thursday 16 November with kick off at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

The return leg will be played at Hasely Crawford Stadium, on Monday 20 November 2023, with kick-off at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

Mexico vs Honduras

Jaime Lozano goes up against Honduras in the quarter-final as El Tri look to keep up the positive feelings that were drawn from their recent games against Germany and Ghana, where they remained unbeaten. Mexico are finally back in decent form with a disastrous post-World Cup period coming following a poor performance at the tournament, but now it feels as though things are back on track once again.

The first game between Honduras and Mexico will be played on Friday 17 November with kick off at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.

The second leg will be held on Tuesday 21 November at 9:30 p.m. ET / 6:30 p.m. PT.

Costa Rica vs Panama

Contrasting states of form define these two teams coming into the game after Costa Rica lost drastically to the UAE while Panama smashed Guatemala to keep up their amazing run of form that also saw them make the Gold Cup final, ultimately losing out to a late goal from Santiago Giménez.

The first of two games between Costa Rica and Panama will be played on Thursday November 16, with kick off at 10:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. PT.

The second leg between Panama and Costa Rica will be played at Estadio Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez on Monday 20 November 2023 and will kick-off at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

Canada vs Jamaica

Canada are currently leading Jamaica in the all-time results with a 10-6-7 record against their Nations League opponents. Recent results don’t favour the Reggae Boyz, either, with the North Americans winning 4-0 last time the two sides met back in March 2022.

The game between Jamaica and Canada will be played at the National Stadium Independence Park, in Kingston, Jamaica, on Friday 17 November 2023 and will kick-off at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

The second leg is set for Wednesday 22 November and will kick-off at 7:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 p.m. PT.
