Just ten days away from his 40th birthday and Cristiano Ronaldo has shown us once again that his his goal-scoring instinct remains very much intact. The Portuguese player contributed to Al Nassr’s last goal in the 3-1 victory over Al-Fateh and despite having another goal disallowed in added time, the striker is edging towards the 1,000 goals milestone.

With Al Nassr cruising as the clock ticked down towards the 90th minute, the Portuguese forward made no mistake from an assist from Sadio Mané to score the 920th goal of his professional career.

CR7’s numbers in recent days have not disappointed: 10 goals in the last 8 games, 20 goals this season and 4 goals so far in 2025 and despite this, the Portuguese star is still not satisfied because in added time of this last match in the Saudi Pro League, he ended up upset after another goal was disallowed for offside.

Ronaldo remains in excellent shape and despite his age, has not lost any of the appetite to find the back of the net and still has one eye on participating in the next World Cup in 2026 with the Portugal national side.
