Unbelievable from Alexander Larín from a very tight angle. Everyone on the pitch thought he was going to cross the ball but he made a left footed shot to find the back of the net.
Alexander Larín caught Ethan Horvath off-guard and from a very tight angle from the left flank, the El Salvador international scores a wonderful goal to give his team the lead. The American goalkeeper thought Larín was going to cross the ball but his shot was so precise that Horvath couldn't prevent the ball from finding the back of the net.

The USMNT answers back. Christian Pulisic gives Haji Wright a through ball, his fifth touch of the night, and the 24-year-old made a powerful shot with his left foot as he entered the box but the ball went wide.
Two great cut-backs from Reyes inside the box to get rid of Brenden Aaronson and his crossed was cleared by an American defender inside the box.

What a save from Mario Gonzalez! Yunus Musah had a great strike with his left foot following a corner kick and the goalkeeper made an amazing save to prevent the ball from finding the back of the net.
Bryan Tamacas cross from the right flank was cleared by Carter-Vickers and El Salvador gains a corner kick.
Will El Salvador be able to keep this pace? Following a free kick, the ball landed inside the box and before Horvath could scoop it, Tamacas attempted a back heel pass but it was cleared by Carter-Vickers.

The Cuscatlán stadium has always been a nightmare for the teams in CONCACAF because of the hostile environment that the fans create during the entire match. The El Salvador national team will host the United States on Tuesday night for matchday six of the Nations League.
The El Salvador national team arrived first to the Estadio Cuscatlán and Nelson Bonilla will wear the captain band against the USMNT.
Christian Pulisic wears the captain band for the 10th time and Ethan Horvath makes his first appearance since June 6, 2021. On the other hand, Haji Wright makes his first start with the USMNT.
Christian Pulisic missed the last game against El Salvador for the World Cup qualifiers back in September due to an injury. Now the Chelsea ace is fit and could start against La Selecta for matchday 6 of the CONCACAF Nations League.
The last meeting between both nations was back in January 27 where a goal in the 57th minute from Antonee Robinson was enough for the USMNT to record the win.
