How to watch the draw for the Champions League round of 16: date, times, where to stream
With the 2025/26 Champions League’s knockout phase proper now upon us, the draw for the last 16 is to take place in Nyon on Friday.


With the Champions League playoffs complete, attentions now turn to this week’s round-of-16 draw in Nyon, Switzerland. Eight two-legged ties will be pulled out of the hat at UEFA headquarters, as Europe’s elite club competition embarks on this season’s knockout stage proper.
What day and time is the Champions League draw?
The round-of-16 draw takes place at 12 noon CET on Friday, Feb. 27. In the U.S., that’s a 6:00 a.m. ET/3:00 a.m. PT start.
How can I watch the round-of-16 draw?
You can stream the draw live on UEFA.com, UEFA.tv and the Champions League app. Viewers in the U.S. also have the option of tuning in on CBS Sports Golazo, Paramount+ and ViX.

Who’s in the draw?
The league phase’s top eight finishers, who qualified automatically for the round of 16, will go into the hat as seeds. They will be joined in the draw by the eight playoff winners, who will be unseeded.
Every last-16 tie will pit a seed against a non-seed. As is noted in brackets below, each club in the draw is limited to only two possible opponents in the next round.

- Barcelona (can draw PSG/Newcastle)
- Bayern Munich (can draw Atalanta/Leverkusen)
- Chelsea (can draw PSG/Newcastle)
- Liverpool (can draw Galatasaray/Atlético)
- Manchester City (can draw Real Madrid/Bodo Glimt)
- Sporting CP (can draw Real Madrid/Bodo Glimt)
- Tottenham (can draw Galatasaray/Atlético)
Unseeded:
- Atalanta (can draw Arsenal/Bayern)
- Atlético Madrid (can draw Liverpool/Tottenham)
- Bayer Leverkusen (can draw Arsenal/Bayern)
- Bodo Glimt (can draw Sporting/Manchester City)
