Manchester United vs Bournemouth: times, how to watch on TV and stream online | Premier League

All the information you need to watch United at home to Bournemouth in Week 16 of the Premier League.

Update:
All the information you need to watch United at home to Bournemouth in Week 16 of the Premier League.

United welcome Bournemouth to Old Trafford on Saturday in the second of three home games on the trot for Erik ten Hag’s side. Compared to what’s to follow, the Cherries will be the least of their worries. Three days later, there is the crunch match against Bayern Munich which, even if they manage to win, they could still end up out of the Champions League, and quite possibly European competition. Whatever happens on Tuesday, they will have to pick themselves up for the next game, against Liverpool at Anfield…

But in the mysterious world of football, anything can happen. For now, Ten Hag will need to ensure that his players are totally focused on Bournemouth’s visit, without the Bayern and Liverpool games preying on their minds.

Based on cold, hard stats, and with no disrespect to the visitors, this is a fixture that you would expect United to get a result from. Bournemouth have never won at Old Trafford - in over 70 years they have beaten United just three times, on each occasion as hosts and only once in the league.

In terms of this season’s form, up until recently, both have struggled to find any kind of consistency. United have suffered home defeats to Brighton, Palace and City but otherwise have been dominant at their stadium. Bournemouth meanwhile have been wildly erratic enough to be thrashed by City one week then beat Newcastle the next.

Both Ten Hag and Andoni Iraola have had injury issues to deal with. Casemiro is not expected to return until the New Year and summer arrival Mason Mount has been struggling to shake off a calf problem. They are joined by Jonny Evans, Lisandro Martínez, Christian Eriksen and Tyrell Malacia in the United sickbay.

Centre-back Lloyd Kelly picked up a hamstring tear during the 1-3 win at Sheffield United - Milos Kerkez has accompanied Marcos Senesi in the back four since then. Long-term casualties Tyler Adams, Alex Scott and Max Aarons remain out. Ryan Fredericks and Emiliano Marcondes are nearing return but haven’t featured since last season.
