Still one of world soccer’s biggest names, Neymar is rarely out of the news.

Recently, the former Barcelona superstar has come under heavy scrutiny for his apparent inability to force his way into Carlo Ancelotti’s plans for Brazil’s 2026 World Cup squad.

Neymar goes viral after Santos draw

Questions have once again been raised about Neymar’s professionalism and dedication to the sport. The 34-year-old, however, was involved in a touching moment after Santos’ draw against Argentine team San Lorenzo in the Copa Sudamericana on Tuesday.

Young San Lorenzo defender Fabricio López, clearly a huge fan, was eager to swap shirts with Neymar at the end of the game. Although Brazil’s all-time top scorer was unable to oblige, having given his jersey away, he instead offered López an alternative memento that many would argue is even more unique and valuable.
