USMNT’s first international friendly officially announced: Opponent and date revealed
Get over them, don’t even think about them. It’s a new you and a time to redo your image, reset yourself, and go again. They hurt you but it’s OK, you look better than ever and, to be honest, you’re better off without the pressure.
The United States went into the World Cup with the pressure of 340 million people expecting to see them go far. And they did; as far as they realistically could. It wasn’t a shock to see them pummelled by Belgium and knocked out at the first real hurdle, but the pain is still there, it is raw, and the best way to get rid of it is to keep going.
From country roads to big cities, playing at home meant everything to us this summer.

The United States Men’s National team officially announced the friendly match schedule for September and October.
The USMNT will first face Peru on Sep. 26, then Chile on Sep. 29. The highlight of the scheduel will be when Pochettino’s side takes on Javier Aguirre’s Mexico team will then take on the United States in Gendale, AZ on Oct. 3. before concluding the four-game series against Canada in St. Paul, MN on Oct. 6.
Mauricio Pochettino, the former Newell’s Old Boys defender, just signed his new contract with USMNT that will guarantee the head coach job until 2030.
