In their first game since meekly surrendering their European title this summer, Italy visit France for a heavyweight clash on matchday one of the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League.

It’s a game that you can stream live on fubo.

Twice bronze medallists in the Nations League, the Italians are aiming to bounce back from June’s last-16 defeat to a vastly superior Switzerland at Euro 2024. However, they face a France side that has won the countries’ last three meetings; the Azzurri haven’t beaten Les Bleus since 2008.

France, meanwhile, begin their bid for a second Nations League crown, having previously won the competition in 2020/21. Didier Deschamps’ men were semi-finalists at the Euros, losing to eventual champions Spain.
