Who is in line to take the Tottenham job after the firing of Igor Tudor
Tottenham are in a race to avoid relegation, and have fired interim manager Igor Tudor. Now an emergency manager must be named for the rest of the season.

Tottenham have parted ways with Igor Tudor before the final stretch of the season. Now they have to dip into the market and look for an emergency manager to keep them out of the relegation zone for the rest of the season.
Crisis mode in Tottenham
Tottenham have had a historically bad season and are just barely above the relegation zone. After winning their first European trophy at the end of last year, they fired Ange Postecoglou and appointed Thomas Frank. That lasted until February, when they cut ties with their new manager and brought Tudor on board after he was let go by Juventus earlier this season.
Tudor came in and won just one of seven matches in all competitions since joining Tottenham in the middle of February. He came into a side that was spiraling down the standings in the Premier League and things only got worse since the Croatian took control on the touchline in north London. He lost four matches and drew one, with the last straw coming in a 3-0 home loss to Nottingham Forest before the international break.

The international break gave the board of directors time to ponder their next move. First they had to make a decision on Tudor. Tottenham released a statement thanking Tudor for his time. "We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed that head coach Igor Tudor will leave the Club with immediate effect. Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci have also stepped down from their respective roles as goalkeeping coach and fitness coach. We would like to thank Igor, Tomislav and Riccardo for their dedication over the past six weeks, during which they have worked tirelessly.
Dyche the favorite
Now it’s time to think of the immediate future. The situation is urgent at Tottenham and they need to secure a place in next year’s Premier League to avoid what would be a catastrophic relegation. There are a couple names on the table but one that is the overwhelming favorite to take over for the final seven matches of the campaign.

Sam Dyche is currently available after being let go by Nottingham Forest earlier this season. There have been plenty of rumors connecting Dyche with Tottenham, but until now he has refuted them, saying, “I was in the pub just up the road and this guy goes ‘you’re meant to be in talks with Spurs tonight’ and I said ‘well I’m standing next to you having a pint of Guinness, so it’s unlikely!’”
Italian manager Roberto De Zerbi is the favorite to take the long term job, but he is a bit hesitant to take the job at the moment given the current situation. He has stated that he would be interested in taking over at Tottenham, but only if Tottenham remains in the Premier League next season Harry Redknapp has also appeared on the radar, but those two names seem to be the favorites in Tottenham.
