Canada’s path to a Canada vs. USA showdown
Canada’s route is just as challenging. They begin the Round of 32 against South Africa. If they advance, they would face the winner of Netherlands vs. Morocco in the Round of 16.
A potential quarterfinal could then bring an even tougher opponent, depending on how that side of the bracket develops. Like the U.S., Canada must win three consecutive knockout matches to reach the final four.

When and where the matchup could happen
If both teams navigate their way through the bracket, they would meet in the semifinals on July 14.
The match is scheduled to be played at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, a fitting stage for what would be one of the biggest matches in CONCACAF history.
