Inter Miami coach speaks about Messi move
Interim Inter Miami Head Coach Javier Morales said they are trying not to focus on the recent Lionel Messi signing until after this season.

Inter Miami got some pretty exciting news last week when the biggest star in the whole of the sport of soccer confirmed he will sign with the team to play at the start of the next MLS season. Lionel Messi will join Major League Soccer and sign with Inter Miami once his contract with PSG is up at the end of the season. As there is still a while to go in the 2023 season, however, interim head coach Javier Morales said the tram is just trying to focus on the now.
“It’s hard for us as a club, to talk about something that has not happened yet,” said Morales. “We’re trying to focus on what’s happening now.”
