Man attacks judge after being denied probation: full court footage
A man convicted of attempted battery jumped over a courtroom bench to attack the judge who denied him probation in a video now circulating on social media.

A 30-year-old man, Deobra Redden, was in court in Las Vegas on Wednesday after pleading guilty to attempted battery with substantial bodily harm. Judge Mary Kay Holthus was the one to deny his probation, and moments after doing so, Redden attacked her.
In a video of the hearing, Redden can be heard saying “f*** this b*****” before jumping over the courtroom bench and onto Judge Holthus. The two disappear for a few seconds before three men rush over to help pull Redden off of her and then repeatedly punch hum.
The 62-year-old judge was injured and taken to the hospital, but is in stable condition, according to a court spokeswoman.
