Stunning outfits catch the eye on SI red carpet
11-7-69. Barcelona win the Copa del Rey final at the Santiago Bernabéu with some poor referring decisions from official Antonio Rigo. The game was marred by the throwing of bottles onto the pitch at the end of the match.
1983. Barcelona claimed the '83 Cup final and after Marcos claimed the winner, Barça player Bernd Schuster did little to endear himself to the Madrid fans with this gesture.
23-08-97. Barcelona beat Madrid 2-1 at Camp Nou in the first leg of the Super cup but the game was marred after Roberto Carlos was struck by a lighter thrown from the stand.
01-11-97. Barça beat Madrid 2-3 at the Bernabéu with Giovanni bagging a late 79th minute winner and proceeded to "dedicate" the goal to the home supporters.
13-10-99. Raúl bagged a late equalizer at Camp Nou and proceeded to request for silence after a hush fell over the Barça stadium.
04-03-2001. Real Madrid-Barcelona: a fan assaults Pepe Reina and is given a subsequent banning order by Madrid.
21-10-2000. Figo returns to Camp Nou after playing in the Catalan capital for five years with Barcelona. An intense whistling from the home fans greeted his return. Madrid lost the game 2-0.
23-11-2002. When Luis Figo stepped up to take a corner on his return to Camp Nou as a Madrid player, he was bombarded with a shower of objects including a pigs head.
19-04-2003. Zidane and Luis Enrique square up to each other in the 2003 game at the Bernabéu.

19-11-2005. A Samuel Eto'o goal and a brace from Ronaldinho put Madrid to the sword at the Bernabéu as a section of the fans stood an applauded the visiting side for their fine display in a rare show of appreciation.
