Athletic face Valencia as United draw Liverpool
Friday's last-16 draw threw up exciting all-Spanish and all-Premier League clashes, while Villarreal were given a tricky tie with Leverkusen and Sevilla were paired with Basel.

The draw for the Europa League last 16 took place in Nyon on Friday, with the Spanish teams in the hat experiencing mixed fortunes.
Holders Sevilla were given the most favourable tie of Spain's representatives as they were handed a clash with Swiss outfit Basel, but Villarreal are faced with a tough assignment against Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
And in one of the round's stand-out draws, Athletic Club go head to head with Gary Neville's Valencia in a mouth-watering all-La Liga encounter.

Also dominating the round-of-16 pairings, meanwhile, is a match-up between fierce Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool.

The first legs will be on Thursday 10 March and the returns are scheduled for seven days later, with the matches to be played at the competition's usual kick-off times of 19:00 and 21:05 CET.
The final will be held at St. Jakob-Park in Basel on 18 May.
