Eder, who plays for Lille, scored in extra time of the Euro 2016 final to give Portugal a 1-0 win over France.

After 109 minutes of the Euro 2016 final between Portugal and France, with neither side having been able to find the net, the Portuguese striker Eder ran in from the left hand side after holding off Koscielny. Eder found himself in space, some 25 yards out and let fly...
...sending the ball past Lloris' despairing dive...
and rocketing into the bottom left-hand corner.
Cue wild scenes of celebration.
Portugal held on to claim their first ever major trophy.
