Morata: Being back at Real Madrid "a dream come true"
Striker Álvaro Morata spoke to Real's official website after touching down in Canada to link up with the squad's pre-season tour.
Real Madrid striker Álvaro Morata admitted he's raring to go after joining up with the squad's pre-season preparations in Canada.
Morata was bought back by Real in June after two seasons at Juventus, and despite suggestions they would immediately sell him on, he is set to remain at the Bernabéu.
"I can't wait to get started"
Speaking to the club's official website, Morata said: "It is incredible to be here again. It is a dream come true and I can't wait to get started."
The Spain international, who scored three goals for La Roja at Euro 2016 this summer, also had words of gratitude for Juve for their impact on his career.
"I learned a lot at Juventus"
"I have had two great years at Juventus," he explained. "I learned a lot and I can only be thankful because without this experience I would not be here."
