The best that Major League Soccer has to offer are gearing up to take on one of the leading European sides as Arsenal look to build their preseason preparations on the west coast of the United States with the All Star match.

With the headline acts from the US league along with some of the young, up and coming stars facing up against Arsene Wenger's men, the crowd should be in for a treat. Kicking off at 16:30 local time in the Avaya Stadium, San José, California, on 28 July.

There have been 26 players selected for the MLS squad and this includes this season's top scorer from the league, David Villa; the MVP, Sebastian Giovinco; and the USA national team top scorer Clint Dempsey.  There are representatives from 19 of the league's clubs and of the squad, 16 of them will be making their All Star debut.
