The defender from Camas has clocked up 341 league appearances in the famous white shirt and now equals Madrid legend Emilio Butragueño. Ramos is just two appearances away from equaling Buyo's tally of 343 and three from that of Amancio.
Ton for Asensio
At just the age of 20, Marco Asensio has made 100 league appearances. The young Mallorquin played 56 games fro his native RCD Mallorca, 37 matches with Espanyol last season, 2 games with the Spanish national team and five times for Real Madrid.
James is back
The Colombian started in a Real Madrid line up for the first time since early May 2016. The player seems to have regained coach Zidane's confidence and was on target for Madrid at the RCDE Stadium last night in the 0-2 win over Espanyol.
Isco
The player from the Costa del Sol has shaken off recent injury problems and made an appearance in the 62nd minute last night. This was the midfielder's first appearance in a Madriud shirt since the season opener at Anoeta.
Ferencvaros
With the away win in Barcelona against Espanyol last night, Madrid have equaled the existing record held by Pep Guardiola's Barça side during the 2010/11 campaign. The best all time winning run is currently held by Hungarian side Ferencvaros who went on an impressive 32 back-to-back winning run in 1931/32.
