Real Madrid Juveniles (Under-19s) comprehensively beat Atlético Madrid 6-1 to increase their lead at the top of the table in Group 5. The team coached by Guti, which has now won five games on the trot after their unexpected defeat to Valladolid (3-2), were far superior to Atleti, who lost, and how, their unbeaten status.

It all started so brightly too for Atleti, with the visitors going in front with a goal from Ródenas, but Madrid utterly turned the tie around. Dani Gómez was the hammer of Atleti, scoring three. Franchu, Toni and Bravo got the others.
