Diego Alves saves another penalty - improves record to 22
The Brazilian goalkeeper saved another penalty for Valencia and added another victim to the list of people he has saved penalties on, against Real Sociedad's Carlos Vela this time.
Diego Alves' penalty saving record is incredible. The Valencia goalkeeper saved another penalty during his side's game against Real Sociedad to make it three saved penalties in four attempts this season.
Antoine Griezmann, Gabi and now Carlos Vela have had penalties saved by the Brazilian this season and he has an incredible 75% save rate from the spot. This is an unusually high number when the chances of scoring are typically over 70%.
Just one penalty scored on Alves this season
