Copa final venue: Barcelona to wait until outcome of other semi
Barça are keen not to show disrespect to Celta Vigo and Alavés, whose Copa del Rey last-four tie is to be resolved on Wednesday evening.
Barcelona sources have confirmed to AS that the club will wait until the outcome of the second Copa del Rey semi-final before seeking final venue talks.
No moves made until Alavés and Celta's tie decided
Barça, who knocked out Atlético Madrid in the last four on Tuesday, will face the winner of the tie between Alavés and Celta Vigo, whose second leg is tonight.
The Copa holders feel it would be a show of "disrespect" to the two other potential finalists to make any moves before their semi-final is complete.
Los Azulgranas are aware of Atlético's desire for the Vicente Calderón to host the fixture in its final season, and in principle are not against the idea.
Capacity, comfort and convenience
As always, Barça will be keen for a venue that offers the largest possible capacity and greatest comfort, and is geographically most convenient for both sets of fans.
The Bernabéu is therefore likely to be high on their list of options, while outside bets might be San Mamés or their Camp Nou ground, which held their 2015 final win.
