Real Madrid v Bayern Munich: siesta time for Ancelotti

The current Bayern Munich coach says it's his trick to turn up at the game refreshed and with a clear head, no matter which match, including tonight's Real Madrid - Bayern Munich Champions League quarter-final second leg, with Ancelotti's side needing to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg.

Ancelotti's nap a bit too long for some

Ancelotti's pre-match 100 winks 'trick' goes against some scientists' recommendations. According to NASA, in research `published in 1995, the perfect siesta is 26 minutes, to be had between 2pm and 4pm. Ancelotti goes for four times the recommended amount, but so far it's been pretty successful for him.
