Andrés Iniesta will play no part in this evening's Catalan derby against Espanyol after failing to overcome a groin problem. In a brief medical report issued this morning, Barcelona confirmed that Iniesta is still experiencing pains to his right adductor and is out for today's game but didn't specify when the player is expected to return. Luis Enrique, who had hinted that Iniesta might not recover in time when he spoke to the media yesterday, has included B team midfielder Carles Aleñà in his 18-man squad list for the match.
