Kamil Glik committed a nasty stamp on Gonzalo Higuaín during the Champions League semi-final between Juventus and Monaco. The Italian side emerged victorious by a scoreline of 2-1 (4-1 agg), to secure their place at the final in Cardiff.
Glik stamp on Higuaín
With 71 minutes on the scoreboard, Glik and Higuaín jostled for the ball, before the Polish centre-half appeared to stamp on his opponent's knee. Higuaín was in visible pain, and had to receive treatment for several minutes.
Kuipers did not see the incident
Referee Bjorn Kuipers did not see the incident and, as such, Glik did not receive punishment.
