Cadena SER journalist Mario Torrejón says the Brazilian is in line for a transfer to Italian club Inter Milan at the end of the seasonValencia vs Real Madrid live online: LaLiga
Real Madrid right-back Danilo is set for a summer switch to Serie A side Inter Milan, according to a report on Spanish radio station Cadena SER.
Danilo: 31.5m-euro signing has disappointed at Real Madrid
The Brazilian has failed to live up to his 31.5-million-euro price tag since moving to the Bernabéu from FC Porto ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.
Signed to compete with Dani Carvajal, his underwhelming performances have left him firmly behind the Spaniard in the pecking order at Los Blancos.
Indeed, he has been restricted to just 25 appearances in all competitions this term, making him the 15th-most used player in Zinedine Zidane's first-team squad.
And despite Danilo also receiving offers from Juventus and Liverpool, Cadena SER journalist Mario Torrejón says that the 25-year-old's future lies at the San Siro.
Could team up with Pepe at Inter
Were he to move to Inter, the full-back would potentially be joined by current club colleague Pepe, who is being heavily linked with the Nerazzurri.
