Real Madrid's Álvaro Morata to say yes to AC Milan - reports

The summer of 2016 put Álvaro Morata front and centre of the transfer market and 2017 looks like it could be the same. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport on Thursday, Real Madrid's Spanish striker is being heavily linked with a return to Italy, this time with AC Milan.
The report from the Italian daily states that the Milan club under new Chinese ownership following the departure of Silvio Berlusconi, will be happy to hand over 60 million euros in exchange for the player who will be handsomely rewarded with 7.5 million euros per year. This news comes less than a month after Milan's director of sport, Massimiliano Mirabelli, stated that Morata was "of no interest" to the club.
Zidane wants Morata to stay
In spite of the interest gathering from clubs around Europe and beyond - Premier League champions Chelsea and newly-crowned Europa League winners, Manchester United, among them - Real Madrid may not be ready to sell.
