Eduardo Berizzo threatens to call off talks with Sevilla

Eduardo Berizzo left his coaching post at Celta Vigo at the end of last season to, in theory, try his luck at Sevilla as Jorge Sampaoli's successor. Sampaoli decided to move on, quitting Sevilla after just one season to take the Argentina job.
Berizzo not happy with Sevilla salary proposal
But Estadio Deportivo report that Berizzo is threatening to call a halt in negotaions after discovering what kind of salary Sevilla are willing to pay him. The 47-year-old has confided to his innre circle thar he is preparing to listen to offers from other clubs - one of whom is Porto.
Celta had offered Berizzo the chance to renew his contract for 1.2 million euros - an offer which the Argentinean rejected because he was under the impression that he would earn a figure somewhere arounf the two million euro mark at Sevilla, only to find that not to be the case, according to ED.
