Mbappé removes Monaco from his Twitter bio
The French striker removed from his bio that he plays for Monaco and just a couple of days ago changed his background photo with a mysterious message.
Kylian Mbappé has scrubbed AS Monaco from his Twitter account recently just days after changing his background picture to suggest he is priceless. We understand that paying this close attention to social media and the likes during transfer season can drive you demented but the recent removal of his club is a conscious effort with something forcing the change. Given that today is the official opening of the summer Transfer market doesn't help with speculation.
In addition, the footballer also removed his association with Nike from his twitter with English media reporting that a change to Adidas could happen as soon as January 2018, which would benefit Real Madrid given their partnership with the sports brand.
The 18-year-old is one of the most sought after footballers in world football after scoring 26 goals with 14 assists in 44 games last season and doing it against the best in the world. Real Madrid have been chasing the player since he was 14 and the teenager is said to be keen on a move to the Spanish capital. Monaco, however, want to keep him for one more year and are doing what they can to convince him.
