The president of Real Madrid was pictured exchanging gifts with his counterpart at United and this turned out to be a present in itself for those online pranksters.
Real Madrid and Manchester United played out a 1-1 draw in the International Champions Cup which the Premier League side went on to win on penalties. But as well as the more serious business of football, there was also some photo editing fun enjoyed around the social media.

During the half-time break, the president of the Spanish and European champions, Florentino Pérez, exchanged gifts with Ed Woodward, CEO of Manchester United. The English director was presented with the new Real Madrid shirt signed by all the squad and a paperweight, while he reciprocated with a commemorative plaque of the game.
