Levante sign Sevilla striker Ivan Lopez 'Ivi' on a four-year deal
The forward is set to sign a four-year contract with the Granotas, who will make an official announcement on Monday. The deal was closed for 1.2 million euros.
Levante and Sevilla have reached an agreement for the trasnfer of Iván López, more commonly known as 'Ivi'. The forward will sign a four-year contract with the Granotas, who have agreed to pay a 1.2 million euro fee. The 23-year-old's arrival means that Juan Muñiz will have another option in attack. Levante are expected to officiallly announced the signing on Monday.
Sevilla reserve buy-back option on Ivi
Ivi told Sevilla that he wasn't interested in hearing offers from other clubs and reached an agreement with Levante. Sevilla have inserted two clauses which will allow them to buy the player back at a future date, should they wish to do so and will be entitled to a percentage of any transfer fee should Ivi be sold to another club.
Ivi enjoyed a highly productive season in LaLiga 1|2|3 last year with Sevilla Atlético playing as a left winger, although he could well be used in a more central role while Roger Martí remains out injured. With Sevilla's reserves, Ivi hit 14 goals and set up another seven last season.
