Barcelona have reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund to sign France international winger Ousmane Dembélé, subject to a medical.
105m euros plus up to 40% of initial fee in add-ons
In a statement on Friday afternoon, Barça revealed that Dembélé is to move to the Camp Nou for a club-record 105 million euros, plus add-ons.
Dortmund say the variables included in the deal are worth up to 40% of the initial fee, which means that the transfer could rise to a total of around 147m - making him the second-most expensive footballer ever.
Dembélé to have medical on Monday, given 400m-euro buy-out
The 20-year-old, who is to join on a five-year contract, is to undergo a medical on Monday before being unveiled by the LaLiga giants the same day.
Los Azulgranas have also confirmed that the player's release clause is to be set at 400m euros.
Along with Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, Dembélé had been identified by the Catalans as a replacement for Neymar, who left for Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record, 222m-euro switch earlier this month.
Dembélé added to signings of Marlon, Deulofeu, Semedo and Paulinho
He is Barça's fifth summer recruit after Marlon Santos (whose loan from Fluminense was made permanent), Gerard Deulofeu, Nelson Semedo and Paulinho.
