Toni Kroos misses Real Madrid training ahead of Alavés game
The German midfielder is a doubt ahead of the trip to Vitoria to play Alaves as Theo Hernandez, Mateo Kovacic and Karim Benzema continue their recovery.
Real Madrid completed their last training session before the trip to Vitoria where they will play Alavés on Saturday at 16:15 CEST just three days after a historic loss to Real Betis. Among the absentees at training was Toni Kroos.
The German, who missed the trip to Anoeta with fitness issues but returned to the starting line-up against Real Betis did not train with the group with a question mark over his inclusion in Zinedine Zidane's matchday squad this weekend.
Theo Hernandez, Mateo Kovacic and Karim Benzema continued with their respective recovery programs indoors at Valdebebas as manager, Zinedine Zidane, watched the session intently and got involved in a rondo along with his son, the third-choice goalkeeper, Luca Zidane.
Real Madrid's expedition north starts Saturday when they leave for Vitoria where they will stay in a hotel in the centre of the city before the short trip to Mendizorroza.
