A half an hour before training was set to commence for the Spanish national team, a fan was asked to put away a banner that said: "Pique, you're sickening". The fan, who was already declaring what he thought of Piqué before he entered Las Rozas, where Spain train continued his jeers once he got inside.

The same fan continued to speak in the stands and said, "Piqué is not worthy to be in the Spain squad, he doesn't deserve it. They are forcing me to cover a banner that, for me, is not offensive. I am only saying what I think, Piqué is disgusting, he shouldn't have come."

The response from a large part of the stands where the spectators were watching the session was to applaud the words of the man. They continued to shout "Freedom of expresion" and another section of the fans shouted "Long live the Guardia Civil". Another section of the fans shouted "OUT! OUT!" to the spectacle as it seems Spain and Spanish fans are divided over Piqué inclusion.

As the singing continued to get worse along with the jeers, the Guardia Civil stepped in and spanish players retreated to the dressing room after just 23 minutes on the field.
