Keylor returned from international duty with muscle injury
Navas had seemed set to miss Tuesday's game in Madrid after sitting out Real's weekend LaLiga win at Getafe with a muscle injury picked up on Costa Rica duty.
Carvajal, Bale, Kovacic and Luca again absent from training
Meanwhile, Real's final session before facing Spurs saw Dani Carvajal, Gareth Bale and Mateo Kovacic again miss out as they continue their recoveries.
Third-choice keeper Luca Zidane was also absent due to an ongoing shoulder issue, with the U-19s' Moha Ramos expected to remain in the squad in his absence.
