Barcelona-Celta: Luis Suárez has goal wrongly disallowed
Sevilla - Barcelona: Copa del Rey quarter-final
Barcelona striker Luis Suárez saw a goal wrongly disallowed for offside in Saturday's 2-2 LaLiga draw with Celta Vigo.
In the first half of the week 14 match-up at the Camp Nou, Suárez collected Lionel Messi's through ball and finished low past visiting goalkeeper Rubén Blanco, but was denied by the assistant referee's flag.
"The goal should have stood" - AS resident ref
However, television replays showed that the Uruguayan was being played onside by Celta's Jozabed Sánchez when Messi delivered the pass.
"The goal should have stood," was the verdict of AS's resident referee, former international whistler Eduardo Iturralde González.
Suárez later went on to score Barça's second goal as Ernesto Valverde's men were made to settle for a point for the second LaLiga game running.
