Betis squad pocket €500,000 bonus after Seville derby win

"Where's our bonus"? was just one of the songs sung by Real Betis players in the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán dressing room after the visitors had beaten Sevilla 3-5 in #ElGranDerby. The promised sum of €250.000 for the squad per goal difference over Montella's men sees the entire squad pocket a total of €500,000 which equates to a total of twenty thousand euro per player.
Lopera era
Additional derby motivational bonuses were a common practice from the Manuel Ruiz de Lopera era at the Heliopolis based club.
