The French striker, who returned from the Christmas holiday with a mystery injury, took part in the squad's exercises with the ball during today's session in Valdebebas.
Karim Benzema is coming to the end of his personalized training programme and today, returned to work with the ball which hints that he will soon be back with the first team. Benzema's absence from training after the Christmas break came as a suprise to everyone. He returned on 5 January and has only returned to work with the ball today. In the meantime, he had been working apart from the group with club physios and was estimated to be out for between two to three weeks.
