Team news: Benzema is back; Ceballos left out again
After five games on the sidelines, the Frenchman returns to Zidane's squad on Sunday as Real Madrid host Deportivo at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The return of Benzema
Karim Benzema is set to return to the Real Madrid starting line-up for their Sunday afternoon clash against Deportivo at the Santiago Bernabéu. The Frenchman has been out for the past five matches, after limping off in El Clásico, and his return will mark the reunion of the BBS after 273 days.
Zidane has named a 19-man squad for the game against the galician side, with the absence of Ceballos - the fourth game in a row - for technical reasons. In defence, Ramos and Vallejo are both ruled out.
The Real Madrid squad:
Goalkeepers: Keylor, Casilla, Moha.
Defenders: Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo and Theo.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Asensio, Isco and Kovacic.
Forwards: Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale, Lucas and Mayoral.
