Juventus spying on Real Madrid: Isco, Kroos, Ceballos and Kovacic
With the coming together of the two European giants, the Juventus directors are taking advantage of the time to see if Isco would be available for a move.
The coaching team and directors of Juventus are looking to take advantage of their Champions League encounter with Real Madrid in order to progress, or at least inquire, about some of their targets for a summer transfer.
Juve wanting the Isco disco
According to Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport the intention is to gauge the situation with Toni Kroos, Dani Cabellos and Mateo Kovacic but in particular, Isco, whose performances of late have even seen Zidane bump him up the selection order. One of the questions being asked to Los Blancos' president Florentino Pérez is how much the Málaga-born player could be released for.
On the finances available to the Vecchia Signora, the report suggests that they could be able to lay down upwards of 200 million euros for the player that recently scored a hat-trick for the Spanish national side in an international friendly win over Argentina. That eye-watering sum may be enough to tweak the interest of Pérez although with manager Zinedine Zidane looking to maintain his squad for a concerted push to conquer LaLiga once again next season, the conversations are likely to be rather complicated.
Whether more will be known about the early posturing after Wednesday night's quarter-final second leg at the Santiago Bernabéu, we'll have to wait and see.
