Real Madrid are considering the entire structure of the managers at La Fábrica. They have slowed down the process of handing Guti the Castilla job that he was meant to be inheriting from Solari. It was taken for granted that this was the case. Now though. the Argentine manager could continue for a third year despite their relatively poor form in Segunda B. "They offered me the chance to continue with the Juvenil A team, but I need other incentives..." he said on El Chiringuito on Thursday.

A u-turn from Ramon Martinez when Solari's numbers seemed to be counted after a season in Segunda B in which they never looked a threat for promotion. They sit tenth in their group. "If I continue with Madrid, it will be at Castilla. I have to evolve and I feel capable," he explained. Zidane was asked during his press conference and he admitted that he didn't know much about the situation. "I didn't know," he responded. "My advice, my feeling, is that I would stay here, but it's his decision and we respect it."

Guti has decided to raise his voice like Morientes did when he was promised promotion and it never came to pass. Back then, Zidane was given the Castilla job, Ramis stayed in Juvenil A and the former Madrid striker took the decision to leave.
