The Frenchman has opted to rest the key trio ahead of Los Blancos' Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich on Tuesday evening.
Midfield regulars Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric have been named in Real's 18-man group, but are not expected to start against Los Pepineros.
Isco, Nacho and Carvajal all out injured
Álvaro Tejero returns to the squad, while Isco, Nacho Fernández and Dani Carvajal are all injured.
